I've really enjoyed reading Blogging the Renaissance's coverage of the SSA and RSA conferences. I can't quite believe tha next year I'll be trying to make arrangements to make it to one of them, assuming they're somewhere at least somewhat accessible from my graduate school.
I mentioned trying to prepare for graduate school the other day--I still haven't figured out how to do it. Right now, my plan is to finish the Stanley Fish book, and then read the two things I had professors recommend for me.
